Robertson Kwasi Somuah, MPH, is a public health professional with extensive experience in program management and emergency preparedness. Currently serving as the System of Care Program Manager for Public Health Contracts at the City and County of San Francisco, Somuah previously held positions at the County of Santa Clara, including Planning, Training and Exercise Coordinator for Emergency Preparedness, Branch Director for Education and Community Outreach in the COVID Prevention and Control Program, and Project Lead for a Warehouse Management System. Prior roles at Solano County included Senior Health Education Specialist, HIV Prevention Coordinator, and Interim Bureau Chief for the Communicable Disease Bureau, where Somuah developed and managed various health education and prevention programs.
