Justin Lance

Justin Lance has an extensive work experience in the restaurant industry. Justin started their career at Don Pablo's in 1995, where they served as a General Manager until 2001. Justin then joined Bahama Breeze as a General Manager from 2001 to 2014. Since 2014, Justin has been working at City Barbeque, where they started as a General Manager before being promoted to Market Leader. Currently, they hold the position of Regional Director of Operations at City Barbeque.

Justin Lance attended Blair High School from 1991 to 1993. After completing high school, they attended Concordia University in Seward, NE from 1993 to 1995, although no specific degree or field of study was provided.
