Michelle Navarro

Michelle Navarro is an experienced producer currently working at City Cast since October 2023. Prior roles include producer at Serial Productions from October 2022 to July 2023, and associate producer at This American Life from January 2022 to September 2022, along with previous experience as a production fellow. Michelle has a background in planning and executing programs and events as a graduate assistant at New York University, and as a cultural programming intern at the UW Multicultural Student Center. Additionally, Michelle served as engagement editor for Curb Magazine, a journalist and project specialist at La Comunidad News LLC, and interned with the Chicago Cubs and Univision Communications Inc. Michelle holds a Master of Arts in Journalism from New York University and a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Mass Communication from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, along with certificates in Digital Studies and Chicanx & Latinx Studies.
