William A. Billowitch

William A. Billowitch has extensive experience in financial management and operations, currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer and previously as the Corporate Controller and Controller at City Center Group since April 2014. Prior roles include Controller at Landmark Communities, LLC from November 2013 to January 2016 and Senior Accountant at Buckno Lisicky & Company from June 2001 to November 2013. William A. Billowitch holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus in Accounting from Duquesne University, completed between 1997 and 2001, and is an alumnus of Allentown Central Catholic High School, graduating in 1997.
