Coinneach Pellow is a Solicitor Apprentice at Ashurst since September 2021, specializing in Corporate Transactions, M&A, Private Equity, and Equity Capital Markets. Significant transactions include advising Vontobel on its acquisition of a minority stake in Ancala Partners, John Laing on its investment in a large-scale green hydrogen steel plant, and Tritax Big Box REIT on its merger with UK Commercial Property REIT. Coinneach currently serves as a Strategy Sounding Board Member for City Century and completed a secondment as Trainee Legal Counsel at Time Out Group plc in mid-2023. Prior experience includes working as a Customer Advisor at Argos from November 2019 to August 2021. Coinneach is pursuing an LLB (Hons) in Legal Practice and Skills at The University of Law, expected to graduate in 2026, and previously attended Wick High School.
