Michael Palmer

Mike is responsible for realizing the potential of the team through meaningful conversations, EOS structured weekly, quarterly and annual meetings where the team is all rowing in the same direction. This includes Corporate, Management, Development, CCAC & CCAD Accounting and IT related matters and personnel. Mike manages the development draw schedule and submissions to bank/title company; coordinates the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting for companies & properties including GAAP financial statements, financial reports, special analyses, and variance reporting. He is responsible for establishing & managing accounting internal controls and process management; treasury controls/standards and banking coordination.

Mike has 14 years of multifamily real estate experience. He started out in public accounting but has evolved in his career to become a Real Estate and systems professional who oversees Accounting, Information Technology & Support, and the CCA Communications (CCAC) department’s Vision, Structure, Goals, and Culture. Mike attended Alma College, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration, Accounting.
