Michelle Finkler

Michelle Finkler is an experienced educator and creative professional with a diverse background in teaching, writing, and design. Currently serving as an Adjunct Instructor and English Tutor at Malcolm X College and a Volleyball Coach at Hot Shots Sports in Chicago, Michelle also holds the position of U.S. Essay Review Team Editor at Crimson Education, assisting international high school students with college admissions essays. Previous roles include Associate Instructor at Indiana University Bloomington, where Michelle taught Creative Writing and consulted on pedagogical matters, as well as extensive experience in graphic design and editorial positions at Landmark Incentive Marketing and Inland Press Association. Michelle earned a Master of Fine Arts in Creative Writing from Indiana University Bloomington and a Bachelor's in Journalism from Columbia College Chicago.
