Nicholas Colvin is an experienced real estate professional with a robust career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Licensed Realtor at Keller Williams City Life Realty since February 2015 and as a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson at City Connections Realty since July 2012, Nicholas has achieved significant success, including $20 million in residential sales in 2014, earning the 2014 GOLD NJAR® Circle of Excellence® Award. Prior experience includes roles at Hudson Place Realty, Barak Realty, Zestar Management, and Metro Homes, where Nicholas oversaw condominium operations and management. Beginning their career as Operations Manager & Marketing Coordinator at Seaport Marketplace, Nicholas holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and has furthered their education at the New York Real Estate Institute.
