Chloe McArdle

Chloe McArdle is a seasoned recruitment professional with a diverse background in talent acquisition and recruitment marketing. Currently serving as a Speciality Services Recruitment Business Partner and Talent Attraction Manager at CCH Group since March 2023, Chloe has previously held roles including Recruitment Marketing Lead at Brunelcare from January 2022 to March 2023, Resourcing Business Partner for Universities & Overseas at Bupa from July 2019 to January 2022, and Retail Recruitment Partner - Europe at Clarks between September 2016 and July 2019. Chloe began their career as a Consumer Advisor and part of the Social Media Team at Clarks. Chloe holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Applied Social Sciences, specializing in Criminology and Psychology, earned from the University of Southampton between 2013 and 2016, and completed secondary education at Churston Ferrers Grammar School from 2006 to 2013.
