Gerry Jackson has been involved in ticket sales and hospitality at Hornblower Cruises and Events since July 2014, providing an experience-focused approach to customer service. In addition to this role, Gerry Jackson volunteers weekly at the San Diego County Animal Shelter, specifically working with cats, which has proven to be both rewarding and enjoyable.
