Todd Childs

Todd Childs is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in system administration and IT operations. Currently serving as a System Administrator I at Hornblower Cruises and Events since August 2015, Todd has evolved in responsibilities to include Windows server administration, network deployments, and IT project management. Previous roles at the company encompass IT Operations Specialist and Help Desk Lead, where Todd managed IT support for over 500 users and oversaw the development of the Help Desk team. Additional experience includes technology support and graphic design for Maui Mike’s Sun Care Products, customer service at REI Corte Madera, and technology management at Jim Corbet’s Ace Hardware. Todd holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Information Systems from San Francisco State University and an Associate's Degree in Computer Information Systems from College of Marin.
