Rajith Alwis

Rajith Alwis has extensive work experience spanning various roles and companies. Rajith is currently employed as a Lead Full Stack Developer at City Facilities Management Holdings Ltd since 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Willis Towers Watson Australia, where they held roles such as Lead Analyst Programmer and Business System Analyst from 2008 to 2022. Rajith also engaged in side projects where they completed various projects involving Microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, and other technologies from 2013 to 2021. Furthermore, they worked as a Software Engineer at VA Lanka in 2007 and engaged in freelance software development from 2003 to 2007. Rajith also worked as a Software Engineer at The iD Factor from 2005 to 2006.

Rajith Alwis completed a Master's Degree in Computer Science from RMIT University from 2013 to 2016. Prior to this, they obtained an OCA certification in Oracle Developer/DBA from Singapore Informatics Sri Lanka in 2004-2005. Rajith had pursued a Bachelor's degree in Physics, Mathematics, and Statistics from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura from 2000 to 2004. Rajith had also completed a Diploma in Computing from Holmesglen in 1998-2000.
