Group Exercise Instructor at City Fitness

Carrie Renner has extensive experience in student affairs and fitness instruction, currently serving as the Director of the Office of Student Affairs at the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine since June 2013, having previously held roles as Associate Director and Student Affairs Specialist. Additionally, Carrie has contributed to the University of Pennsylvania as a Group Fitness Instructor and House Coordinator since August 2008, working closely with the House Dean and Graduate Associates to enhance residential programs. Experience includes serving as a Group Exercise Instructor at City Fitness since January 2013 and an Aquatics Instructor at the YMCA from June 2008 to 2012, where responsibilities included teaching swimming lessons and ensuring pool safety. Earlier professional roles include Executive Administrative Assistant at the University of Minnesota from May 2005 to September 2007 and customer service at the U Card Office at the University of Minnesota from 2004 to 2005. Carrie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Gender, Women and Sexuality Studies from the University of Minnesota and a Master of Liberal Arts in Urban Studies from the University of Pennsylvania.
