Rachel Penny is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the People Process & Systems Delivery Manager at City Football Group since January 2025, Rachel's previous positions include People Services Manager at Bruntwood, HR Services Team Leader at Onward Homes, and HR Compliance Officer at The Manchester Metropolitan University. Earlier career roles include HR Administrator positions at Newcastle Building Society and Diamond Resorts International®, as well as HR Assistant at the University of Cumbria. Rachel holds an MSc in Human Resource Management from the University of Central Lancashire and a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Northumbria University.
