Clive Mills

Clive is an experienced HR and Recruitment Manager, and Chartered Fellow of the CIPD. Leading the contingent labour function at Transport for London, Clive recruits to and manages a workforce of 1,500 and high value employment agency contracts. As Redeployment Manager, Clive led TfL’s Redeployment Centre to get employees who were sick or displaced back into work. He has recruited in the private, public and third sectors and remembers what it was like leaving school to complete an electrical apprenticeship at age 16.
