Jon Webster is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in security management and operations. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at City Group Security, Jon oversees the operational delivery for the Midlands, North, and Scotland portfolio, including the K9 Division. As a Global Ambassador and Environmental/CSR Award Body Judge for The Green Organisation, Jon promotes sustainability and best practices. Additionally, Jon holds various leadership roles, including Regional Leadership Board Member for CSSC, Chairperson for the Police Powers Scrutiny Panel, and Operations Board Member for The City Security Council. Previously, Jon founded EOS Security Limited, recognized as the UK's only environmentally centric security company, and has held senior roles at VSG Vision Security Group, TNT, and Unipart Group - Partco.
