Previous roles include Managing Director at Fresh Service Ltd, Chief Financial Officer at Bidvest Noonan, and Chief Operating Officer at Axis Cleaning & Support Services. Simon also held key finance roles at Axis Group Integrated Services, Clintons, Explore Learning, KFC UK & Ireland, Laing O'Rourke, and Habitat. Simon graduated with a Law degree from the University of East Anglia in 1995.
