Adriana Neves

Adriana Neves is an experienced communications professional currently serving as the Head of Internal Communications at City & Guilds since May 2015. In this role, Adriana leads a team that focuses on strategic, inclusive communications that enhance employee engagement and support organizational change. Prior to this position, Adriana held various roles at City & Guilds, including Internal Channel Strategy Senior Manager and Internal Communications Manager, where responsibilities included developing communication strategies and collaborating with senior leaders. Earlier experience includes serving as Communications Officer and Communications Manager (maternity cover) at B3Living, where Adriana managed internal and external communications and website content. Adriana's career began as a Service Improvement Team Administrator and Training Administrator in previous organizations. Educationally, Adriana holds a Bachelor's Degree in Fine Arts from Stellenbosch University and a Chartered Institute of Public Relations Advanced Certificate from PR Academy Ltd.
