Kelly McGrath RVN has extensive experience in various roles related to animal and veterinary education and assessment. Kelly has worked as an OFQUAL Subject Specialist at Ofqual and as the Chief Examiner for Animal Management Level 2 & 3 at City & Guilds. Kelly has also served as a Subject Matter Expert, Lead Moderator, External Quality Assurer, and Veterinary Nursing Exam Designer and Awarding at City & Guilds.

Additionally, Kelly has worked as a Veterinary Nursing EQA and Veterinary Nursing OSCE Assessor/IEPA at Lantra. Kelly has also held roles such as Deputy IQA for L2 Animal Care and Welfare Assistant Apprenticeship and IEPA at Lantra. Kelly has served as an EQA for Canine Hydrotherapy and Animal Nursing Assistants at Skills and Education Group.

Furthermore, Kelly has worked as an ECOSA Surveyor at Ecological Survey & Assessment Ltd and as an Industry Consultant and External Verifier at AIM Qualifications and Assessment Group. Kelly has also served as an EQA for Animal Welfare Officers Licensing Inspectors and Canine Behavior at Open College Network West Midlands.

Kelly has also held positions such as an IEPA for Household Cavalry Mounted Regiment at Sheldrake Training and an IQA for Hydrotherapy, First Aid & Grooming at Millie's Paws Hydrotherapy Centre & Grooming Studio. Kelly has also worked as the International Veterinary Exams Manager at the International School of Veterinary Postgraduate Studies (ISVPS), where they reviewed exam questions and syllabus content for specialist veterinary subjects delivered globally.

Kelly McGrath RVN has a diverse education history, with qualifications in various fields. In 2005-2007, they attended the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons and obtained a Level 3 Veterinary Nursing Diploma, specializing in Veterinary Nursing at MYF College. Following that, from 2008-2010, they pursued a Level 5 Certificate of Education in Education at the University of Greenwich. In 2013, they completed the EDEXCEL Level 3 Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement (QCF) at Andover College, focusing on assessing competence, vocational skills, knowledge, and understanding. In 2016, they obtained a Level 4 Certificate in Leading the Internal Quality Assurance of Assessment Processes and Practice, with a field of study in Quality Assurance (V1), from Sparsholt College Hampshire. Additionally, in the same year, they completed a Level 3 Hydrotherapy for Small Animals certification from ABC Level 3, specializing in Canine Hydrotherapy. Kelly also has certifications in other fields, such as a VTCT Level 3 Award in Lash Extensions (2016-2017) and a Level 4 Certificate of Achievement in Special Educational Needs (SEN) from ABC Awards (2015). In 2018-2019, they obtained a SEG Awards Certs Level 4 Certificate in Canine and Feline Veterinary Health Nutrition from COAPE UK. Furthermore, they have a Clinical Coach Training Certificate from Sparsholt College Hampshire (2019), focusing on the assessment of Veterinary Nursing Students in Practice. Lastly, in 2019, they achieved an EPA VN OSCE Examiner certification from Vetskill, specializing in Veterinary Nursing Quality.
