Rachel Phillips

Rachel Phillips is an experienced professional in the field of education and training, currently serving as an Examiner and Moderator for VCert Business and Enterprise at NCFE since June 2024. At City & Guilds, Rachel holds multiple roles, including Chief Examiner for T Level Management and Administration Core and Principal Examiner for the T Level Management and Administration Core Employer Set Project, while also serving as a Lead TQA associate. As the Director of høppstudio since May 2016 and a Learning and Development Consultant at USW Commercial Services, Rachel specializes in training and development for ILM qualifications and project management. Additionally, Rachel has served as an Independent End-Point Assessor for several organizations, including Skills For Logistics, Pearson, and Vistar Qualifications Limited, assessing various management and operational qualifications. Prior experience includes roles in quality management, contracts management, and assessment in apprenticeships. Rachel Phillips obtained a BA in History and Archaeology from the University of Leicester between 1994 and 1997.
