Uzma Flynn

Uzma Flynn is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operational management, particularly within City & Guilds since November 2014. Currently serving as Senior Distribution & Supplier Services Manager, Uzma has been instrumental in implementing operational strategies and managing key business activities to meet customer and organizational needs. Previous roles include Senior Operational Delivery Manager and Delivery Manager, where Uzma focused on the operational delivery of Skill Credentialing activities and apprenticeship offers. Additionally, Uzma has led service improvement projects and contributed to customer service operations, representing employee interests as the forum representative. Prior experiences in educational settings such as Sir George Monoux College and BSix College further demonstrate Uzma's commitment to student achievement and support in various capacities.
