Keltus Campo has extensive experience in the food service and agency relations sectors, currently serving as the Senior Manager of Agency Relations at City Harvest, Inc. since October 1995. In this role, Keltus implements services to enhance food access for surrounding communities and provides exemplary customer service to improve agency operations. Previously, Keltus held the position of Manager of Agency Relations, managing over 150 agencies in Brooklyn and serving as a ServSafe Instructor and Proctor. Earlier in Keltus's career, from August 1986 to November 1994, Keltus was the Executive Sous Chef at The Sheraton City Squires Hotel, where responsibilities included managing a team, overseeing banquet functions, and controlling food costs. Educational qualifications include a Certified Dietary Manager degree from La Guardia Community College and culinary training from the Culinary Institute of America.
