Tin Htut Soe

Tin Htut Soe, PMP, CC, currently serves as the Information Security Manager at City Holdings Limited since November 2023, having previously held the same title at Pun Hlaing Hospitals from September 2018 to November 2023, where responsibilities included building a Cybersecurity Program and implementing IT security solutions. Prior to that, Tin served as IT Infrastructure Manager at Pun Hlaing Hospitals, focusing on project management and aligning IT strategy with business objectives. Earlier roles include Analyst Programmer at St Luke's Hospital in Singapore, IT Business Analyst at Teleplan Service Solutions, Technical Consultant at i-OneiT Pte Ltd, and Chief of Computing at Design Printing Services, with a solid foundation in web design and system implementation. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Knowledge Management from Nanyang Technological University and engineering and software engineering degrees from Yangon Technological University and the National Centre for Human Resource Development, respectively.
