Ben Jordan

Ben Jordan is a seasoned product and experience design leader with extensive experience across various companies. Currently serving as the Head of Product at City Innovate Inc since April 2023, Ben previously held significant roles including Founder & Head of Experience at Uppercase, Chief Experience Officer at Tome App, and Head of Product at Eva Health. With a strong focus on customer-centric design and cultural transformation, Ben has a proven track record of leading teams, mentoring colleagues, and driving product strategies. Additional experience includes leadership roles at PickTrackGo, Uppercase Labs, nGen Works, InVisionApp Inc, and Credera. Ben holds degrees in Communication Design and Graphic Design from the University of North Texas and Abilene Christian University, respectively.
