Clare Laine

Clare Laine possesses extensive experience in education, particularly in the International Baccalaureate (IB) framework. Currently serving as a DP Business Management and Theory of Knowledge (ToK) workshop leader and examiner with the International Baccalaureate since May 2014, Clare has also been an A Level Business Teacher at City & Islington College since August 2019. Previous roles include teaching IB DP Business Management and ToK at the International Community School in London and I-Shou International School, where Clare also held a leadership position as Humanities Chair. Clare's early career includes positions as a Business and ToK teacher at Hiram Bingham School and Colegio Peruano Britanico, as well as Deputy Head of 6th Form at Sedgehill Secondary School. Academically, Clare holds a Master of Education (MEd) in International Education from the University of Dundee, a PGCE in Business Education from The University of Huddersfield, and a Bachelor of Arts (BA Hons) in Business from the same institution.
