Erin Lee

Erin Lee is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in entrepreneurship, operations management, and community engagement. Currently serving as Special Projects Manager and Operations Manager at City Kitch since June 2023, Erin also contributes as an Entrepreneurship Facilitator at Do Greater, Inc. and leads as the Founder of SeaCycle. Ongoing involvement as a Fellow at The Ripple Center and Venture For America highlights Erin's commitment to social impact and economic opportunity. Previous roles include Operations Associate at Momtech Inc. and Fellow at the Marian Cheek Jackson Center for Saving and Making History. A graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Erin holds a Bachelor's Degree in Global Studies with a focus on Peace, War, and Defense.
