José Arregoces has a wealth of experience in the mortgage and real estate industry. José began their career as a Mortgage Loan Originator at Atlantic Mortgage in 2003, where they specialized in working with the Hispanic community and handling a portfolio of products tailored to first-time homebuyers. In 2004, they moved on to Congressional Funding USA, LLC, where they continued as a Mortgage Loan Originator and established himself as a top producer.
In 2005, José joined Amazon Mortgage Loans, Inc. as a Branch Manager, leading a team and personally meeting with customers to expand the company's customer base. After three years, they transitioned to Pacific Investment, Inc., where they took on the role of Real Estate Investor & Managing Partner from 2008 to 2013, honing their skills in real estate investment.
José's entrepreneurial spirit then led him to co-found City Lending Inc in 2013, where they are currently responsible for the overall success of the company by making top-level managerial decisions. José'sdiverse background and experience in the mortgage and real estate industry make him a valuable asset to any organization.
José Arregoces received their Bachelor's degree in Economics from the Universidad Tecnológica de Bolívar. José attended the university from 1992 to 1998. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained a Mortgage Loan Originator certification from NMLS in January 2020.
