Prior to this, Rick Schontz served as Managing Director at HFF from July 2014 to December 2016, overseeing the Philadelphia office. Additionally, from November 2007 to July 2014, Rick Schontz was a Senior Associate at Marcus & Millichap, specializing in the disposition and acquisition of self-storage properties in the east coast and midwest regions. Rick Schontz holds a degree from Baldwin Wallace University, completed between 2000 and 2004.
