Edward Breen

Edward Breen is an experienced education professional currently serving as the Head of Advanced Programme for Academic Studies at City Lit since April 2015. In this role, Edward is responsible for recruiting and managing teaching staff, overseeing OCN accredited diploma courses, and providing training for online teaching and VLE management. Edward has contributed to significant student income growth in the Classical Music department and has coordinated numerous academic initiatives, including college-wide open days. Prior experience includes positions at King's College London as a Visiting Research Associate and Graduate Teaching Assistant, alongside roles in various educational institutions, including St Mary's School and Morley College. Edward holds multiple degrees in Historical Musicology, including a Ph.D. from King's College London and a Master's from Goldsmiths, University of London.
