Currently serving as the VP of Operations at City Loan since February 2015, Javier has a strong background in customer service and quality control from previous roles at Affliction Clothing and CashCall, Inc. Notably, at CashCall, Inc., responsibilities included the creation and monitoring of loan file quality control audit checklists. Additionally, Javier held the position of Office Manager at AltaMed Health Services, overseeing office operations and procedures. At Westlake Financial Services, experience as Operations Manager focused on process improvement and policy formulation, while the role of Imaging Center Supervisor involved project leadership and change management within the Imaging Department.
