Jason Hensley has over 23 years of work experience in the banking industry. Jason is currently employed at City National Bank and Trust as the Senior Vice President/Chief Operations Officer/BSA Officer, a role they began in March 2022. Prior to this, Jason held various positions at the same company, including Senior Vice President/Chief Operations Officer and Vice President/Cashier. Jason also served as the Regional Vice President from 2003 to 2012. Before joining City National Bank and Trust, Jason worked as a Commercial Teller at MidFirst Bank from September 1998 to May 1999. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated strong leadership skills and extensive knowledge in operations management in the banking sector.

Jason Hensley attended various educational institutions throughout their career. Jason earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management from Cameron University from 1997 to 2015. Jason also obtained an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) degree from the same institution in 2015.

In terms of specialized education in the banking field, Hensley completed the Bank Operations School program at the Oklahoma Banker's Association in 2011. Jason then pursued the Bank Operations Institute at the SW Graduate School of Banking in 2013 and 2014.

Hensley further enhanced their banking expertise by attending the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. From 2016 to 2018, they completed the Graduate School of Banking-Executive Leadership Certification program and also studied banking at the same institution.
