Neil N. attended the University of Central Oklahoma from 1990 to 1992, where they pursued a degree in Pre Law with a major in Political Science and a field of study in Public Administration. In 1999, they enrolled at the Oklahoma Banking Association and completed the Commercial Lending School program. Prior to their college education, Neil N. attended Duncan High School from 1983 to 1987.
