Ali Moghaddam, JD, CAMS, currently serves as the Chief Enterprise Risk Management Executive (CRO) at City National Bank of Florida, a position held since March 2022. Prior to this role, Ali was the Senior Vice President - BSA & OFAC Officer at City National Bank from May 2019 to March 2022, and held the position of Director - Head of Investigations for AML/Financial Crime, Compliance & Operational Risk Control at UBS from November 2015 to March 2022. Ali's extensive experience includes supervisory roles at the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), where contributions were made to both domestic and international intelligence operations, receiving recognition through the Senior Leadership Award Program. Ali's legal career began as an Assistant District Attorney at the Montgomery County District Attorney's Office, following completion of a Doctor of Law (JD) from Temple University. Ali also possesses a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Government from the University of California, Los Angeles, and recently earned an Executive MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management.
