Patricia Birch

Patricia Birch is currently serving as the SVP, Real Estate Appraisal Manager at City National Bank of Florida. Prior to this, Patricia was the Principal at GB Realty Group. Patricia also held the position of President 2017/2018 at CIASF, an association for business leaders in the commercial and industrial real estate industry in South Florida. Additionally, Patricia was a Vice President at Gallaher & Birch, Inc. and a Former Member of the Florida Real Estate Appraisal Board for the State of Florida. Patricia earned a BBA with majors in Real Estate and Finance from Florida International University.
