Al Silipigni

Al Silipigni is an accomplished risk management executive with extensive experience in leading fraud and operational risk initiatives across multiple financial institutions. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Risk Management at City National Bank since March 2020, Al Silipigni focuses on developing innovative risk management programs. Previously, Al Silipigni held the position of Senior Vice President and Head of Conduct Risk at Wells Fargo, where responsibilities included mitigating sales practice risks and fostering a strong risk culture. Al Silipigni also has significant experience from HSBC, where contributions included establishing conduct risk and ethics programs, and American Express, where efforts centered on optimizing customer data use while enhancing trust. Al Silipigni holds an MBA in Finance from NYU Stern School of Business and a BS in Finance/Economics/Law from Lehigh University.
