Alex Robbs

Alex Robbs is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in structured finance and portfolio management. Currently serving as a Vice President and Relationship Manager at City National Bank since October 2022, Alex oversees a loan portfolio that supports multiple Relationship Managers, focusing on complex Private Equity and Venture Capital Fund accounts. Prior experience includes a Vice President role in Comerica Bank's Equity Fund Services Group, where Alex managed portfolios and provided credit products to venture capital firms. Alex began a career in finance as a Credit Analyst at Comerica Bank and participated in a rigorous rotational training program in commercial banking. Alex holds a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from Santa Clara University and has enhanced skills through completion of an Underwriting Program at Comerica Credit College. Additionally, Alex has a background in customer relations and event management from earlier roles, including work as a Student Ambassador at Santa Clara University.
