Lei Lily Tam is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product management and innovation within the financial and technology sectors. Currently serving as Vice President and Senior Product Manager for Digital Channels & Innovation at City National Bank, Lei Lily has previously held significant roles at Capital One and Microsoft, focusing on platforms, data, machine learning, and cloud solutions. Additional experience includes project and work management analytics within Southern California Edison, and photography. Lei Lily holds a Master of Science in Global Supply Chain Management with a concentration in Data Science and Operations from USC Marshall School of Business, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the University of Southern California.
