Miguel Flores

Miguel Flores currently serves as AVP, Analyst II ERM at City National Bank since March 2023 and previously held the position of AVP, Analyst I ERM. In addition, Miguel is the Board Chief Financial Officer for the Multicultural Learning Center's Governing Board of Directors and has been a member of the board since June 2023. Previously, Miguel worked as a Business Risk Consultant at RSM US LLP, focusing on risk consultation services for financial institutions and biotherapeutic clients, with an emphasis on Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and internal audits. Experience also includes various roles at The Home Depot, MYE Technologies, and Technocel, where Miguel demonstrated strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Miguel holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from California State University, Northridge, earned between 2017 and 2021.
