Nedda Ismaili

Nedda Ismaili, MBA, CFA, is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in commercial real estate and asset management. Currently serving as the Special Situations Group Team Lead for Commercial Real Estate at City National Bank, Nedda oversees the Special Assets division and manages a team of five officers. Previously, Nedda held various leadership positions within City National Bank, including Senior Relationship Manager and Senior Private Banker, with a focus on managing significant commercial real estate lending relationships and advising high net worth clients. Prior experience includes managing distressed assets at the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation and oversight of a $2 billion residential construction loan portfolio while at Indymac Bank. Nedda holds an MBA in Finance from Pepperdine University and a BA in English and Biochemistry from the University of Colorado Boulder, complemented by participation in the Urban Land Institute as a Young Leader.
