Nick Ginger

Nick Ginger is a legal professional with extensive experience in privacy law and data protection. Currently serving as Chair and Executive Committee Member of the Privacy Law Section at the California Lawyers Association since September 2021, Nick also holds the position of Senior Vice President and Senior Counsel at City National Bank since June 2022. Previous roles include Privacy Counsel with Major, Lindsey & Africa and Paragon Legal, as well as Third Party Data Protection at Google, where data protection processes were enhanced. Nick has also contributed to the Irish American Bar Association of Northern California as a Board Member and has held various positions within the Irish Network Bay Area. Academically, Nick holds an LL.M. in Taxation and a JD from the University of San Diego School of Law, along with degrees in International Business and German from San Diego State University and Reutlingen University.
