Nisi Vidato

Nisi Vidato is an accomplished technology and information services professional with extensive experience in IT service management. Currently serving as Vice President at City National Bank since April 2018, Nisi previously held key positions at the University of California, Los Angeles, including Director of the Service Management Office and Manager of IT Service Management, where responsibilities included leading the IT Service Management Initiative and implementing ServiceNow. Nisi is also the former owner of IT Service Management Professional Services, LLC, providing expertise in ITIL-based implementation and training services. Previous roles include ITIL Service Manager at ACC Capital Holdings and Senior Project Manager at QLogic. Nisi holds an ITIL Expert certification obtained in 2009 and a V3 ITIL Foundations Certification from 2008.
