Shannon M. Whitmore

Shannon M. Whitmore is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in banking and networking. Currently serving as Senior Vice President Colleague Performance & Training Manager at City National Bank since July 2011, Shannon collaborates with the Product and Marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and training curricula. Additionally, since April 2016, Shannon has co-founded The Exchange LA, a networking platform aimed at building personal brands and fostering community engagement among professionals. In parallel, Shannon has also served as Vice President/Senior Relationship Manager at All Cities Resource Group since 1994, and previously held the role of SVP/Regional Executive at Bank of America from January 2004 to May 2010. Educated at the University of La Verne with a Bachelor of Business Administration and Glendale Community College with an Associate's degree in Business Administration, Shannon demonstrates a strong foundation in business management.
