Theresa Cui

Theresa Cui, CISA, currently serves as the Cybersecurity and IT Risk Audit Manager II at City National Bank since October 2022. Prior to this role, Theresa held various positions including IT Internal Audit Manager at Westinghouse Electric Company and IT Audit Manager at BNY Mellon. Theresa's career in IT auditing began at Highmark, followed by a position as an ERS Consultant at Deloitte & Touche, where experience included financial statement and internal control audits for technology risk. Earlier in the career, Theresa worked as an Operational Risk Associate at Freddie Mac and completed an Audit Advisory internship at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, contributing to projects for significant clients in China. Theresa began their professional journey as a Business Analyst Intern at CadenceQuest, Inc.
