Nikhil Mahajan

Mr. Mahajan joined City National Rochdale in 2011. He works as a Senior Equity Analyst within the U.S. Core Equity team. He leads research efforts on companies across a multitude of industries, such as industrials, energy and financials, with an underlying focus on business quality, growth, management and valuation.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Mahajan worked at a boutique investment management firm researching Technology companies. Before that Mr. Mahajan worked at Fidelity Investments. Growing up Mr. Mahajan assisted in overseeing a family owned business.

Mr. Mahajan has a Bachelor of Engineering from Manipal Institute of Technology and earned his MBA from Washington University in St. Louis. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation and is a member of the CFA Institute and the New York Society of Security Analysts. Mr. Mahajan is an avid reader of business histories, investing letters, biographies, science, philosophy, etc.
