Valerie Carter

Valerie Carter possesses extensive experience in program management and supervision within nonprofit organizations. Currently serving as Regional Program Supervisor at City Net SoCal since July 2020, Valerie oversees regional initiatives and multidisciplinary teams. Prior to this role, Valerie held the position of Program Manager at Mercy House Living Centers from October 2008 to June 2020, where responsibilities included managing various programs aimed at assisting individuals in need. Valerie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from Vanguard University of Southern California, earned in 2008.
