Katherine Beeman

Katherine Beeman, MBA, currently serves as the Capital Improvements Project Manager for the City of Abilene, Texas, where responsibilities include maintaining training and outreach for MS4 permit certification per TCEQ and EPA standards. Previously, Katherine held the position of Executive Director for Keep Abilene Beautiful, overseeing program administration, outreach, and fiscal management. Additional experience includes consulting roles at TalkTexasOil Media Group and serving as Executive Director of the West Texas Energy Consortium, where Katherine established two nonprofit organizations covering 54 counties. Past roles also include Director of Instructional Services at Texas State Technical College and Business/Operations Manager at Abilene Christian University. Katherine's career began as a Business Planning/Management Consultant at Beeman Bros. Drilling. Katherine holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Howard Payne University.
