Sofia Sy

Sofia Sy is a Talent Acquisition Advisor at the City of Adelaide, where responsibilities include assisting with the People & Governance Program Projects and managing the e-recruitment system to enhance recruitment practices. With previous experience as a Senior Consultant and Consultant at Randstad Australia, Sofia also held roles at the City of Adelaide and State Swim, including positions as a Lifeguard and a Swimming Coach.
