Jennifer Patterson

Jennifer Patterson has extensive experience in administrative and customer service roles. Currently serving as a Records Manager and previously as an Administrative Assistant for the City of Airdrie since December 2017, Jennifer brings a strong organizational skillset. Prior to this, Jennifer worked as a Travel Agent at TravelOnly from March 2013 to August 2018, providing comprehensive travel services. In addition, Jennifer gained valuable experience as a Teacher Assistant at École Guyot Pre-school from March 2013 to February 2015, supporting young students and employing conversational French. Jennifer's career began as a Communications Officer/911 Dispatcher with the Calgary Police Service from October 2002 to December 2005, where the ability to handle high-pressure situations was essential. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Arts in Historical Studies from the University of Calgary, obtained between 1998 and 2002.
