Lorri Laface

Lorri Laface has extensive experience in emergency management and community services, currently serving as the Deputy Director of Emergency Management for the City of Airdrie since August 2006, where responsibilities include coordinating the emergency management program and ensuring compliance with provincial audit requirements. Prior to this role, Lorri held several positions at the Town of Irricana from 1994 to 2006, including Community Services Director, where oversight of recreation, leisure services, and social services was provided, as well as disaster services coordination. Lorri has a strong educational background, including a Master of Arts in Disaster and Emergency Management from Royal Roads University and various certificates from the University of Alberta, covering local authority administration and land use planning. Additionally, experience in the banking sector and as a group fitness instructor enhances a diverse professional profile.
