Neal Wagner is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in public relations and media management. Currently serving as the Public Relations Manager for the City of Alabaster, AL since October 2021, Neal previously held the position of Manager of Communications and Media Relations at the University of Montevallo from June 2019 to September 2021. Prior to this, Neal worked at Shelby County Newspapers, Inc. for nearly a decade, fulfilling roles such as Managing Editor, City Editor, and Staff Writer.
